In the year of its 150th anniversary, BASF and its consultation center designfabrik® were exhibiting at the Milan Furniture Fair. The exhibition was held in the old “La Posteria” customs hall in the historic quarter of Brera. In these atmospheric surroundings, BASF showed iconic material orientated design studies which have been developped with designers around the world.Werner Aisslinger presented the „hemp-chair“ from 2011/2012 – the world´s first natural fibre monobloc chair.
